After renewal: display the new certificate prominently (Act s.16(7)) and surrender old copies if your Appropriate Authority asks (2022 Rules r.15.6)

What is the ART clinic renewal fee in 2026?

Under rule 8A inserted by the ART (Regulation) Amendment Rules, 2026 (G.S.R. 491(E), 17 June 2026): ₹25,000 for a Level 1 clinic, ₹1,00,000 for Level 2 and ₹25,000 for a bank. If filed later than 60 days before expiry: ₹50,000 / ₹2,00,000 / ₹50,000. Government-run institutes pay no renewal fee.

When must I apply for ART renewal?

At least 60 days before the certificate expires, through the National Registry portal.
