1. What we provide

IVF Automation provides free operational, non-clinical tools, templates, directories, a job board and a newsletter for IVF clinics and embryology labs in India.

2. No medical or legal advice

Nothing on this site is medical, clinical or legal advice. Checklists, fee figures and compliance screens are summaries with cited sources and can be incomplete or out of date. Always check the official text and your own advisers, SOPs and equipment manufacturers.

3. Your submissions

When you submit a listing, event, story or message you confirm that it is accurate, that you are authorised to submit it, that it contains no patient-identifiable information, and that it complies with applicable law, including the PCPNDT Act, the ART (Regulation) Act 2021 and NMC guidelines. We may edit, reject or remove any submission. Listings are not endorsements.

4. Job board

We do not verify employers or candidates beyond a basic review, and we are not a party to any employment arrangement. Do your own checks, and never pay money to obtain a job.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms (spam, scraping, automated submissions) or try to break the site.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the tools or listings.

7. Paid services

All services are currently free. If we introduce paid services (for example sponsored listings), their price, scope and refund terms will be shown before you pay. See the Refund Policy.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
