Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026.

This policy explains how IVF Automation ("we") handles personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We do not collect patient data, and you must never submit patient-identifiable information through our forms.

1. Tools: data stays in your browser

Our free tools (QC logs, cryo tracker, ART checklists and renewal planner, NMC post checker, front-desk templates) run entirely in your browser. What you type there is stored only in your browser's local storage or in files you export. It is not sent to us.

2. Data you submit through forms

3. Legal basis: consent

We process this data on the basis of your consent (DPDP Act s.6), which you give by ticking the unticked consent box on each form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 6). Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.

4. Where data is stored and who processes it

Form data is stored in a database hosted by Supabase. The website and its form-handling functions are hosted by Vercel. The newsletter is sent through Beehiiv. All three act as our processors. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. Retention

6. Your rights and how to withdraw

Under the DPDP Act you may ask for a summary of your personal data, its correction or erasure, and withdraw consent. Email hello@ivfautomation.com from the address you used. We will act within 30 days.

Grievances about personal data: hello@ivfautomation.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
