Refund & Cancellation Policy

All IVF Automation tools, listings and the newsletter are currently free, and we do not collect any payments today.

If we introduce paid services (such as sponsored directory listings or newsletter sponsorships), these terms will apply:

• Cancellation before start: cancel before the sponsored placement goes live for a full refund.
• After start: placements already published are not refundable. For multi-month plans, unused full months are refunded pro rata.
• If we reject or remove a placement for a reason that is not a breach of our Terms, the unused portion is refunded.
• How: email hello@ivfautomation.com with your payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
