FAQ
What should an IVF lab QC log include?
Typically: date/time, equipment ID, the reading, your acceptance range, the initials of who checked, and corrective action for any out-of-range value. Use ranges from your own SOPs and manufacturer specs.
Is this checker a validated QMS?
No. It is a free convenience tool for recording and flagging readings. It is not a validated quality management system.
Is my QC data uploaded?
No. Readings are kept in your browser's local storage and in the files you export.
